Was asked to debate late for Radio 5 Live on the Abercrombie and Fitch story. An employee with a prothsetic arm had been removed from front of shop as her 'look' didn't fit. Discrimination here or did they have the right to choose perfect people that fitted their brand? The young girl concerned had just qualified as a lawyer. A very difficult issue and we'll have to await the High Court decision.
