With so many graduates seeking jobs, when coaching I tell them how vital it is to fill in this frustrating time with some work experience. It could be voluntary work, stacking shelves in the local supermarket,working in a coffee shop; it really doesn't matter what. The Golden Rule is never think of it as the 'just' job! I'm just doing this or just doing that is not the positive way to look at it. Every type of job, no matter what it is, shows a future employer that you are prepared to get out there, earn money and have the right attitude for work.It's all great LIFE experience and can present great opportunities to network and make contacts for your future you would have otherwise missed. Nothing is every wasted...
