Carol was recently asked to run a series of workshops for Senior Management Staff and Lecturers at Colchester Institute. It was a very interesting assignment and their Head of HR was

To offer a new service to their new customers, M & S asked Carol to design a programme for their Customer Assistants, to give them that extra `edge` when helping customers with their wardrobe concerns.

At her leading Essex hairdressing salon Silhouette due Barry in Chelmsord, the owner Zoe Tarling constantly up-dates her team with new skills. A National award winner stylist,she asked CC Image to design a coaching programme for her junior trainees based on the understanding of personal image, improved customer service,& the development of good meeting and greeting skills.

An Image Boost to the Lighter Life Girls!

The LighterLife slimming programme one of the most successful weight management programmes in the UK.

Gwen Owen, LighterLife Counsellor for the Newmarket area, recently invited CC Image to give a presentation on Personal Image to a group of slimmers who had nearly reached their final goal weight. Carol showed them how they could all achieve new personal heights by matching their amazing weight loss with a new Personal Image!
